We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns for items that are:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or purchased during promotional sales are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Description of the issue

We will review the request and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.
